Moajrtoons Policy

Hi and welcome to the Moajrtoons Site and before you subscribe to become a member to read the comics, I would like for you to go over these rules below and beware of the consequences of any of them been violated:

Do not use any of my characters and my artwork for any purpose. Any unauthorized use of my characters for any purpose such as art trades, AI training system, distribution, fan-art, profit without my consent is strictly prohibited.
No Art trades. I don’t accept art trades and I don’t participate in art trades.
Do not claim ownership rights of my work. I don’t want to give up my IP rights of my personal projects that I feel passionate about just because I’m doing business with a company or client. Plus this will result into company hiring me and claim ownership of my personal projects and when they decided that they don’t need me anymore, they keep the ownership of the characters I created for myself and leave me with nothing and it’s not fair. I’m not interested in selling collections of my work to anyone to convert into NFTs.
Do not post any animated fan art or copyright characters on the site.
Do not distribute any videos that is not produced by Moajr Toons.
Do not pitch any of Moajr Toons work to any other company.
Do not post any Moajr Toons work on any company’s website.
Moajr Toons does not accept any cartoons that is created by any other company but its own.
Do not share any of Moajr Toons work to different animation studios or an individual for critiques or comments.
Do not post any unrelated Moajr Toons art or animation such as fan art, copyright concept, demo reels or any of your personal projects on the site.
Do not post comments that is related to politics.
Do not post any political campaign ads. Moajrtoons site does not tend to endorse any political candidate
Do not post any inappropriate or profanity comments such as racial comments, sex, hate, porn, offensive, abusive comments, or foul language.
Only post comments that is related to the company or the animation industry.
Do not sell rights of Moajr Toons work to anyone or a company.
Do not share any of my comic pages to anyone.
Do not post invites to other websites or social media that is not related to Moajr Toons just to showcase your work.
Do not use any of these Moajr Toons related characters or artwork that is found on this website or Moajr toons related social media for any purposes.
Do not question me about software or what software do I utilize. I’m not a software developer or some kind of technician that develops software, I’m a professional artist that creates art and animation. Any techniques such as software or bond paper with light tables doesn’t help me elevate my skill levels. These are just tools to get the job done so I don’t want to waste time bragging about what particular application that I use to develop animation. I would rather brag about my characters and my work that I feel passion and bring the masterpiece of cartoons back to the big screen. So when someone questions me about what software should I be using to animate, my answer is do your research because the artwork matters more than techniques.
Do not share or DM my work to any expert on social media or other platform for critiques without my consent.

First time violators will receive a first warning through their email from Moajrtoons.

For the Second warning, violators will be suspended for 30 days and you will be required to take a test that will go over rules that is listed above. Failure to pass the test will not be granted to view the comic pages to follow the story until you pass the test.

If you violated any of these rules third time, you will automatically be removed from the site and there will be no second chances because Moajr Toons doesn’t tolerate any repeated offenders and those who are too stubborn to follow the rules.

Violators will not only be banned from the site at first warning, but also face litigations and fines depending on any actions that is occurred such as using Moajrtoons characters or artwork for any purpose, selling rights of Moajr Toons work to anyone or a company, pitching Moajrtoons characters to a company, or sharing and monetizing Moajrtoons comic pages.

Any members posting any political campaign ads will automatically be removed from the site and no second chances will be made.
